pretty bog standard hotel, clean spacious and friendly, it’s tried to be like the grand in London but has fallen short on things like coffee making facilities and the “buffet” is a bit 2 star Benidorm, you can see in to everyone else’s room and there are a few topless people about, mainly Germans. On the whole it’s ok but have a feeling there are better hotels in the area

Big like!

Should be better

Food wasn’t labeled and was almost the same everyday, very greasy meals which made us to feel sick in the last 2-3 days. The cleaning staff didn’t came in the last days, no vaccuming was made, beds were not changed and lot of sand was in the room. Höwedes, The reception staff was friendly, the apartament and balcony were big enough.

Bon Choix

It was a decent room to get if you don't plan on spending time in the room. There are kitchens in each and get signs at the desk that say "no food or drink allowed in rooms". The beds were hard, the blankets dirty and a friend of mine asked to have the mattress for the pullout couch brought up and it never was... The bar and resturaunt however were amazing. Great food and drinks, amazing atmosphere. Staff was friendly and accommodating however it didn't make up for the rooms. The lights were out in the hallway so I literally had to use the flashlight on my phone to see anything at all. Could have been much better.

Verdt pengene

Parking is not included

In the reservation details there is an information, that parking is included in the price upon request. So I did request through email and than by phone. But during check-out they told me that I MUST PAY for the parking. No proof from my reservation, or sent requested email helped me with this. So I had to pay something that should be for free.
