“The rooms are basic and noisy, but the staff is very kind and willing to help. The bar in front of the beach is really nice, beautifull sunsets, and in front of the hotel there is a small night food market perfect to taste local food. ”

“clean, friendly staff n convenient”

“An exceptional stay—M Social Resort Penang - we extended our trip and will definitely be back! We arrived early at the hotel, and the front desk agent, Tarrshini, went above and beyond to try and get us checked in early, always greeting us with a warm smile. We did run into a small issue with our room, but the Front Office Manager, Yin, resolved it immediately. She is extremely responsible and efficient, getting things sorted out in no time.

“Nice decor. Next to Sunshine Central mall which is super convenient with many food and retail options. Nice size pool with a view and the gym was handy when it rained.”

“Really lovely modern hotel close to the ferry terminal and walking distance to local attractions. Buffet breakfast was excellent. ”

“It was a very nice hotel clean and space . Stuffs are nice”

“I had a wonderful stay, facilities were very clean and nice! The staff were very helpful and polite, and I felt extremely welcomed at all times. There was a bit of construction outside but I didn’t hear it inside the building. I’d definitely come back and stay here again!”

“The hotel was clean and functional and it was good for my trip to Penang. I was surprised that the Jazz bar in the 29th floor was closed and was looking forward to some jazz nights. Too bad other than that it was good.”
