Booked a family room deluxe for 4 pax. TV channels can’t scan although the staff came to check it. As for the bathroom, the shower head broke and the staff need to tie it with a string, the bedroom aircond can’t adjust the swing too. And for the bed, my family and I got bitten by bedbugs. It’s been 4 days and the bites are still very itchy.

Quite area and easy to find parking.Nearby got supermart & restaurant. Got cctv on certain area inside/outside hotel. Duvet in my room was found with stains on it. Cleanliness of bed sheets need to be improved.

Very bad and not what was advertised

The room was very disappointing. The room was small, cramped and not suited for four people. There was no window and so it felt very claustrophobic. The staff were non-existent. The towels were not changed once during the stay and the beds were not made once either. Will not suggest to anybody travelling without car as the hotel is isolated.
