I booked based on previous reviews, so I will take this opportunity to balance them a bit. Our stay was perfectly fine and everyone was friendly and helpful. I would definitely not recommend against staying here. However, while the room was clean and functional, the bathroom/shower felt more like it belonged in a care facility rather than at a hotel, and the TV was due for an update. The breakfast provided decent variety, but some of it had probably been reused several times and was a little stale, and some of it felt like it wasn't prepared with the freshest or most high-quality ingredients. I would definitely not mind staying here again, but if I do go back to Sundsvall I would try one of the other similarly-priced options.

Väldigt trevlig personal, ligger bra till. Men hade rum med mellandörr in till annat rum. Där duschades det till kl 03:00 och hostades det hela natten. Lät som personen var i mitt rum + nattklubbsbuller och fulla människor som skriker halva natten med 0 ljudisolering. Behöver nya dörrar och fönster. Otroligt lyhört.
