Nice and clean room, friendly and helpful staff Excellent breakfast and dining. Parking was an issue - You could use a parking app if you had one for parking in an open parking lot near the hotel.. Inconvenient for a non Swedish resident. The alternative is a adjacent parking garage. You can park for free between 5PM and 8 AM. A parking app can be used, if you have one. Do not know if you can use only a credit card. The hotel staff did not know either.

Went to Sundsvall for a family reunion and the hotel was in the perfect location downtown. Breakfast was awesome and the staff was excellent. I heard spa was nice but never made it there. Self Parking was easy. I would definitely stay there again.

Fint, centralt läge med bara några minuters promenad från centrum. Kylskåpet på rummet var rumsvarmt men vid påtalande fick vi direkt ett nytt rum med nya nycklar levererade till rummet. Det var så pass härligt täcke i sängen att jag köpte med mig ett hem. Vi uppskattade att frukosten var stor och fräsch och att det fanns tillräckligt mycket kvar när vi anlände en halvtimme innan sluttiden.

Det framkom inte tydligt att frukost inte ingår längre, det har det gjort tidigare när vi har bokat boende på Clarion. Det är jättetråkigt att frukosten är borttagen och att detta inte syns tydligt vid bokningen. Vi hade en fantastisk snäll kvinna som gav oss rabatt på frukosten. Annars inget att klaga på.
