“I stayed at the New London Inn for two nights while my daughter was on a college visit. I had a wonderful visit at the Inn. The service was fantastic. I had a very late check in planned for after the staff was gone for the evening (11:30 pm). General manager happened to have stayed late and saw me in the parking lot. “It wasnt clean. My room was wet. The entire carpet soaked. It was so damp fhe beds were wet. It smelled of obvious long term mold issues. Dead bugs in the bathroom and shower. My door was so hard to open i had to have someone from the desk open it for me everytime i wanted in and they told me i just had to lift up while pushing in hard and swipe the card at the same time. I could never make it work. The soma. At the desk was rude and unhelpful. I wouldnt let my pet stay there ”
