The room was extremely clean and the check in was after hours- the front desk receptionist was very helpful and really made the check in process easy. Her name was Kayla, she was incredible.

Pros- cooking ability with 2 stove caps, microwave and large refrigerator. Clean Cons- need new exterior bed covers and get rid of the old blankets. Offer pet free rooms for those with allergic problems. I never visited a property with mini kitchen but you have to purchase pots/pans or even silverware/dishware if you plan to cook.

Overall nice hotel. The staff was very polite and friendly. The room was nice. Only thing I wish it had were blackout curtains like most hotels do. There were blinds over the window, but I woke up a lot earlier because the sun was shining in my face so brightly even with the blinds closed. I would stay here again.

Very please to say i came from Boston trying to sell my house in Sumter sc the ladies at the front desk made me feel welcome the room was clean and peaceful im coming back and bringing family real soon only problem fire alarm went off 2.30 or 3 a.m the last night i didn't mind cause i was getting up anyway to drive back to Boston

I did not like all the noise that was going on, you can hear everyone above you out in the hallways very very thin walls good luck on getting any type of sleep. The Staff very very nice & professional. Places is over the top clean & i love the hotel room it was just the noise for me is all.

This property is new and very clean! Rooms are amazing. Couples things my family weren't so happy about was our room room was on the fourth floor and the elevator wasnt working.... the room didnt have a shower curtain when we called the front desk she asked if we could go back downstairs to get the shower curtain..

The property is clean and well-maintained. The staff is very friendly and helpful, but the front desk staff need to be called from an alert button to be reached (no house phone in lobby). The room I stayed in was clean and equipped with a full-size refrigerator, stove, and microwave, but it had possibly the most uncomfortable bed I have ever tried to sleep on in a hotel. There was no coffee maker, and some other minor items that are usually found in a hotel room were missing (tissue boxes, note pads, etc.). I'd like to think that these issues pertained only to this one room, but I can't say for sure. I could hear a lot of noise from the hallway at times. All in all I would say that this is a nice property for a good price (other than the bed).

Good location. Clean. Thin walls, heard knocking all night. Beds very low & flimsy. Elevator did not work so had to use stairs. Front desk rarely answered phone. When requested extra wash cloths they never brung them. I only gave 3 stars for cleanliness.

The young lady at the desk was efficient, professional, and very sweet. Southern hospitality at its best . Everything about the hotel and the staff was positive. The only negative was the shower pressure was poor. I have a lot of hair and trying to rinse it with a shampoo and conditioner was difficult . I definitely recommend this hotel.
