Clean and comfortable with a friendly staff. Breakfast was not bad. This is a beautiful property with a full bar. The room was spacious and gorgeous. The pool is indoor and features a hot tub but it feels a little dated.

Stayed an entire week. The front desk & housekeeping staff are super friendly & helpful! The only hotel in that area that doesn't allow pets (I love our little furballs but suffer from terrible allergies) so I always choose to stay at S.S. when I come to town for this reason.

Booked last minute traveling for Christmas with a family of 5. We all fit comfortably in the suite, slept well in cozy beds, enjoyed a lovely breakfast and swim before moving on. Having the kitchenette with microwave and two bathrooms made all the extra difference, especially traveling with some under the weather who needed meds. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We will stay here again for sure!

The room needs a total redo. The carpet needs replacing, sofa and mattress needs replacing. I was surprised at the cost of the room that those many items needed to be addressed and replaced. The lobby and breakfast bar was wonderful and staff was very helpful.

Unimpressed!

General room had a lot of wear and tearā€¦ paint stain peeling etc. The ceanliness of the room had a lot to be desired of. On the extreme of it for instanceā€¦when we pulled out the sofa bed we discovered about a two foot diameter blood stain ring about 4-6ā€ wide! Blech!!! Thankfully there was a bed clean pad and we were too exhausted to think straightā€¦but still!!! Eeew!

Dont wazte your tim e or money here. The bar tender to busy trying to get impress the men. Didnt care about the customers. Front desk doesnt care about retired military discouts and neither does the company. Guess you service your country and thats good enough. Well were done with you. Thats the company for you.

Too Much, Too Little, Too Late

It cost too much for what they were offering, which was nothing. They ran out of breakfast because they had a large party. I wasnā€™t driving so I missed breakfast both mornings, waiting for someone to take me to get something to eat from elsewhere. The couch was raggedy and the remote did not work in TV
