Staff was friendly, check-in was easy. Room was clean. Located right off of SR19 with a gas station across, making it convenient for travellers passing through. Plenty of parking available. We could smell the smokers on the balcony all night inside our room, ventilation could be improved. Breakfast was available until 9am the next day. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay.

The staff was really nice, the lady that checked us in was very nice and humorous, and the lady that checked us out the next morning was also very nice and very helpful. I like the fact that when I called the guy I talked to you, spoke English when we checked in. She spoke English when we checked out she spoke English. Only thing I didn’t like was the fact that some idiot decided to light M 80s late at night, but that is no reflection on best Western. They can’t control idiots.

The staff was great! For a stay that was just breaking up a drive overnight, it was ok. The ice machine had ants, the room had a smell, like a dirty mildew basement. The floors were carpet, they kinda felt muggy and sticky. Glad I brought slippers. I’ll just say I originally had another night booked for our return trip, however I did cancel and chose another hotel. Again if all you need is a bed for overnight, it was just that. On my part, I didn’t realize it was a motel, which I don’t use! And again, the staff was wonderful and very nice!

This is an older property, but it is wonderfully maintained! The rooms were extremely clean, the bedding was comfortable, the staff was wonderful and welcoming (especially at 1 in the morning). The breakfast was basic, appreciated, and fresh!

The room was a last second booking while driving to Florida from NY. There was enough parking for our moving truck and trailer. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and polite, even though it was midnight. The complimentary breakfast area was clean and well thought out. There wasn’t a huge selection, but everything was fresh and perfectly adequate. The gentleman at the desk in the morning greeted everyone as they came through the door. A very pleasant stay!
