This was by far our best hotel experience! The property was easy to find and in a convenient location. The breakfast buffet was great too. The best part was the staff - we had to stay an extra night and they accommodated us no problem! All around a lovely experience. Highly recommend.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, if a little small. The breakfast is included, which is great, but the quality is only okay. It’s great to have use of the community pool and fitness centre, but the hours (especially for the pool) weren’t great.

The hotel was clean, and the staff member we spoke with was very friendly. However, we stayed there for the amenities so our kids could use the pool. However, when we arrived, they advised the pool would be closed for a couple of weeks for a deep cleaning. I feel this information should’ve been relayed to companies like Expedia so people didn’t book believing that they have use of the amenities. We were able to get a full refund, but we just wouldn’t have booked knowing that the pool was closed in the first place.

After a disappointing experience at another property on PEI, we rebooked at Wyndham Suites and couldn’t be happier. From the moment we arrived, Paula at the front desk made us feel like old friends. She was so warm, welcoming, and helpful. Our room is comfortable, and we immediately felt relaxed and at home. There was coffee and tea available anytime. Nice breakfast every morning. We are very grateful for the kindness we received and are looking forward to enjoying the rest of our stay on beautiful Prince Edward Island. Staff was nice in particular those at breakfast, keeping things stocked and clean. Breakfast, there were limited options to choose, but it was good enough. Room was ok, bed was comfortable and 3 pillows were provided, the shower was not properly clean and don’t expect shower cap or little bottle of lotion. The access to the community center gym and pull was a plus, we took advantage of it.
