The front desk staff is not friendly. They do not accommodate early arrival. Waited 30 minutes for my room to be ready. Staff barged into my room afterward with “complimentary welcome pretzels and champagne” despite being half dressed. They excused it by saying “the do not disturb sign is not on the door”.

The room was spacious, clean, great beds and bedding, good AC, quiet, big bathroom with good water pressure and a giant bathtub. Location was very central. Rooms were better than I would have expected based on how the lobby looked (clean but dated). We would stay here again.
