“Air conditioning was not working. Staff said they were aware and would reset it. Turns out staff didn’t reset the a/c until asked again an hour and a half later. Said it would take a while to cool. That they have been having this problem for a few days and they weren’t confident that it would work. 2hours later no air no fan even operating. Hot and unbearable in room. “The room itself was spacious and clean. The pub was great loads of drink selection and the staff were all friendly and super helpful. Our only negative was weather related. The fan in the room didn't help with the heat at all. We had to keep the window open to try and cool the room. On the Saturday it was fine, however on the Friday the noise went on until around 1am from the pub garden.
