We enjoyed the quiet and beauty of the property, from the Inn itself to the cottage in which we stayed. Chris was engaging at all times, and responsive to any needs which arose. Breakfasts at the Inn were simply amazing! ... as was the dinner for which we had made a reservation in advance. Simple elegance and friendliness of staff and guests made this a very memorable Inn experience for us.

Very charming old farmhouse Inn. Friendly staff who were accomodating and helpful. Room was not as advertised on Website - it was fine but was not as nice as it appeared in the marketing photos. Window air conditioner old and very loud and the room smelled a bit musty. Breakfast was good and exceeded our expectations but the dinner was just mediocre.

This was a beautiful property in a great location. We went up early in the week and there were plenty of things to do. The owner/staff were extremely helpful. Accommodating and friendly. We will definitely be back!

The place is a disaster. Pictures on Internet are enhanced and do not depict what the Inn is really like. Rooms are dirty, windows are filthy, furnishings are ready for the trash. I have never seen a place so falsely advertised. The owners should be ashamed. Breakfast was definitely prepared the night before and reheated. Came to the table barely warm. Stay away from the place at all costs. You are throwing your money away.

Do not hesitate to come here. It’s a gorgeous property with beautiful gardens and even an outdoor pool. The room we had was wonderful. The breakfast is amazing. It’s a peaceful, tranquil place to relax in, close to Littleton and Bethlehem and of course things to enjoy in Sugar Hill. Enjoy!

It was such a great time to stay here. Delicious dinner at restaurant, nice hot tab in the room. Can’t believe this building is over 230 years old. Enjoyed quiet and relaxing time.
