A clean and somewhat generic hotel in a really lovely town. Breakfast is a basic buffet and everything is no-frills. But the location is great - easy to walk to local sights and restaurants, and good views of the sea and surroundings. I’d stay here again.

I liked the location and the pretty view from our room. Staff was helpful. My only negative comment is that they don’t allow any outside food or beverage in the general lobby area where people can sit and socialize or play games.

Arrived here after exploring the peninsula for the day. Pretty spot up high. Nice simple room and comfortable beds. Good shower and very nice breakfast. We ate at skippers. Delicious burgers. From here we headed south toward thingvellir national park the next day.

Modern hotel lobby and they have a cute neighborhood cat who's often wandering the grounds. Staff was helpful. Fantastic views and breakfast buffet facing the church. We enjoyed the views from all the windows, so beautiful! The carpeting could be updated and our room + bathroom was cramped for three. If you're mostly resting for the night this will work.

Very clean and modern hotel. Room was very clean and amazing view. The reception/bar staff were very helpful and kind. If I was being extremely picky, the only thing that was missing in the room was a fridge. I had my milk, yoghurt & medication to keep cold but other than that.
