Hotel was being renovated. Front entrance was closed , had to gain access from back of hotel which was via emergency stairs. Room had been renovated, had 3 beds, shower was quite good, no tv or safe. Was noisy at back of hotel with skips getting changed out at 3 in the morning and work starting at 7 .

The only thing that bothered me was finding a few hairs on the bed and bath towels. The location is fantastic. Breakfast was adequate and delicious. It was nice that they allowed us to leave our bags after check-out. The staff were helpful.

Breakfast was limited no English breakfast tea. Room was extremely small, difficult getting ready for 2 people in that space. Room very stuffy didn’t open window due to fire escape. Shower didn’t adjust, was low and faced the wall the whole time. Shower tray didn’t drain properly. Pillows were very thin with no option to get another. No hot drink facilities in room. Wardrobe didn’t open properly due to limited space. Reception staff were friendly.

Location was great. Staff was nice. We were in some weird extension to the hotel, kind of a pain to get to. Lobby is very small and gets crowded fast, making it hard to get to elevator. Elevators are very small. My family of 4 had to make two elevator trips with our luggage. Carpets were dirty in room and smelled funny. I had to Get air freshener at the store. Beds and bathroom were clean.

Not so amazing... Location at first glance looks great as its very convenient located. But: loads of night noises from bars, pubs, restaurants and drunk people... Also: you step outside of the hotel and it feels like you are in Ankara or Istanbul. Hotel itself is ok. Good quality beds. Not so good is the shower situation. It all looks a bit like late 70s. Breakfast good, with awful coffee. Staff: indifferent friendly
