Great hotel about 15 min from airport. They have a shuttle from airport is free the 8 euros each to go to airport. Staff was all great. Uli at front desk was super helpful. He's a keeper. Breakfast was amazing.

As a international Flight attendant of 26 years I have extensive experience with Hotels. I only can say CUDOS to the NH staff and the hotel. They offered amenities that sometimes a Hilton or Marriott would not offer. The room was very clean, modern, quiet and that for a extremely reasonable price. I definitely would stay there again.

Breakfast was fine but exactly the same every day-something most hotels should aim to change by providing the odd addition to the standard fare from time to time. Front desk was helpful. Housekeeping was dreadful: room not cleaned properly and items in bathroom not replaced on three consecutive days. Surely the cleaner can see that paper goods, etc. need replenishing? The hotel is in the back of beyond, with an hourly bus service most of the time which took about an hour to an hour and a half to get into town. The hotel states that it has good public transport links-that is a joke. The alternative is to take the hotel shuttle to the airport (8 Euros) each time you want to head into town from there. The hotel is fine in terms of amenities but needs a makeover: corridors are dirty/scuffed. Were it not for the front-desk staff's helpfulness, I would say that the hotel was a real disappointment.

The hotel is ok, but way less that what I expected. It look like a teen hotel, the ac was not running and the breakfast was ok. At least the staff was nice and compensate us with water and free parking for the ac. The parking is great because it is next to the hotel but it should be free.

Property is great, location is good. However, day after checked out they took money from my bank account worth £873.19 and I am not aware of this. I have contacted the property as I am back in my country already. I paid the property booking via Expedia in full. So, I was so shocked with this charges and I don't know what this for. I hope they will sort this matter quickly, and I need my money back.

Nice hotel, comfortable, and just a 15 min. shuttle ride to the airport. A little hard to find - thank goodness for gps. Room 304 has an odd plumbing issue. If someone is using the shower, only hot water is available at the sink! Otherwise the sink water operates normally.

Unfortunately, this hotel did not meet basic expectations. The night staff was rude and extremely impatient. The toilet had a very unpleasant smell, and basic toiletries like shampoo and soap were not provided. Would not recommend.
