Great and modern hotel close to central station

Great stay at Jaz in the city Stuttgart. Very modern and nice / clean room. One metro stop from central station / two stops from city centre so very convenient. Rooftop bar where we had a nice cocktail. The spa & fitness was nice too (and not crowded).

Lovely hotel with shops next door

This hotel was perfect for our needs. The room was smaller than I expected from the pictures but was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was tasty. There's a large shopping centre next door with plenty food options. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Amazing hotel

Very cozy and amazing hotel with very lovely staff at all in lobby and restaurant. This hotel close to metro for going to center or airport then beside a shopping mall with restaurant. I will recommend to take drink in restaurant if hotel even their foods are so delicious I added other booking to stay more days as very interesting at all

Definitely a place you should stay!

What a nice hotel. Beds are were the most comfortable we have experience so far this trip. Front desk staff was so helpful. The only reason for 4 stars for service was because we had asked for 2 additional towels and more toilet paper a couple times but it never showed. Maintenance came to fix the shower and was timely and successful. Walking distance to shopping, restaurant and train.

This hotel is a great central location for visiting Stuttgart. The rooms are a good size, comfortable beds. The rooms are very modern. I was really looking forward to using the sauna though, and the hours were very limited, especially if you were busy sightseeing during your stay. I didn’t get to utilize it as much as I was hoping. Fitness room is great. Wish the rooftop bar wasn’t closed for half our stay. We would’ve like to enjoy that more than once as well.

Really nice hotel with a great size room. It had a big bed and fantastic shower. There was a nice aroma in the hotel. Staff were very good however we were really disappointed by the lack of facilities during our stay. Both the bar and restaurant were closed most of the time which proved challenging on Sunday when most things around were closed. The onlynight the bat was open was Saturday and it was good bar with excellent music and efficient staff.

The hotel was nice, good location close to the train station, shopping mall and food outlets. The hotel was clean, staff great, especially in the roof top bar. The shower door didn’t work properly (room 330) and water escapes underneath. The WC area is very small and would be difficult to use for a taller, larger person. The pillows were way too soft and the bed too hard which did mean sleep was affected though I appreciate this is a personal preference. All in all though, a good stay in Stuttgart

Good hotel/avoid the breakfast.

We were there to kill some time before a river cruise, elsewhere. The hotel was modern, comfortable bed & a nice shower. the room was spacious enough. The staff were friendly. Our first night, the restaurant was closed, due to a private function. Unfortunately on Sunday, in Stuttgart, almost everything is closed, including the hotel restaurant, except for the breakfast buffet. We did partake in the breakfast buffet, at an unreasonable cost. The breakfast itself had a good variety, however the supposed to be hot portions, were served room temperature at best. Very disappointing. Otherwise it is a good hotel.

The only complaint I have is that we booked this property because it had accessibility provisions, however the parking garage was across the road and dropping off someone who uses a wheelchair in a 15mins slot for check in and then leaving them whilst you take the car away to park and then multiple trips over a busy main road with bags isn’t ideal or a relaxing start to your stay. Plus, trying to take a wheelchair up 3 flights of steps in the parking garage is very difficult as it’s not safe to wheel it up the driving ramp. Other than this, this hotel was really lovely. Clean and spacious rooms with excellent shower facilities and a nice, well equipped gym.
