Wonderful modern hotel with great beds!

There’s air conditioning, the room was so hot, the bathroom didn’t have any ventilation, they had ants in the room as well. Don’t book this hotel in the summer it’s so hot and you’ll wake up in sweat.

I think that the management of the hotel is really trying to accommodate, but they are still new and need to sort out a few things. For example, weekend customer service was not helpful. Giving advice and options re parking (indicating pricing) and breakfast would be very helpful. The hotel is hip, stylish and clean, we loved bathroom albeit it was tiny. Location is very close to downtown. Unfortunately, we were right next door to a pub (noisy) and a block away is some sort of sex entertainment street. One night we were awaken by a drunk person banging on hotel front door yelling and screaming. Not a big deal, if you are staying one night in Centrum and need a good rate, and not a young family. Overall our impression was positive, and we wish hotel management best of luck!
