Great service and accomodations

The hotel has an interesting theme and is well decorated and the rooms are very comfortable and modern/cool. We were happy with the late night desk service, and though the bowling alley was already closed. It’s a fun option right around the corner.

Wir konnten spät abends kurzfristig buchen für die selbe Nacht, telefonisch kurz abgeklärt und sehr nett empfangen worden (obwohl nach 0.00 Uhr). Zimmer (Standard Doppelzimmer) ist nichts besonderes - alt eingerichtet, für 1 Nacht ok. Frühstück mit 12€ günstig, war jetzt aber auch nichts besonderes.

Ein einigermaßen ordentliches Hotel, gutes Ambiente. Die Angestellten zu 80% sehr unpersönlich, ein Mitarbeiter vom Empfang freundlich. Es wurden keine Betten gemacht beim Zimmerservice, den man aber vorher bestellen muss. Sowas sind wir nicht gewohnt.Es war aber sauber in den Zimmern. Die Balkons dreckig und voller Unkraut. Da kann sich niemand hinsetzen. Das Frühstück war okay, mehr aber nicht. Das Hotel können wir weiter empfehlen, ist aber keine 4 Sterne wert. Da gibt es zu viele Ungereimtheiten.

Süße Unterkunft mit leckerem Frühstück. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Wir hatten die Juniorsuite war sehr groß. Die Betten waren etwas zu hart.

Das Personal ist soweit sehr nett und die Lobby mit vielen liebevollen Details ausgestattet, das ist aber auch schon das einzig positive bei meinem Aufenthalt gewesen. Nebenan ist eine Bowling- und Billardhalle und die Besucher stehen bis tief in die Nacht sich laut unterhaltend im Innenhof vor dem Lokal, wodurch an Schlaf nicht zu denken ist. Die Zimmer sind winzig und es gibt nicht einmal ein Nachttischkasterl, wo man sein Smartphone ablegen kann. Auch auf einen normalen Sessel hat man verzichtet, es gibt nur so einen ungemütlichen Würfel auf den man sitzen kann. Die Sauberkeit lässt ebenfalls zu wünschen übrig, neben löchrigen Bettzeug und schmutzigen Vorhängen hat man auch kaum noch aus den Fenstern gesehen, da diese so verdreckt waren. Wie das Hotel zu vier Sternen kommt ist mir ein Rätsel. Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt dann auch abgebrochen, da ich nicht noch eine schlaflose Nacht in dem ungemütlichen Minizimmer verbringen wollte.

Das Hotel ist sauber, die Zimmer freundlich eingerichtet, mit Balkon, die Lobby ist gemütlich, Heißgetränke ganztägig kostenlos am Automaten zu bekommen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Beim Frühstück fehlte uns lediglich Nutella und Frühstückseier. Wir empfehlen das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiter und kommen sicher auch selbst wieder.

Ruhiges, gutes Hotel mit super Frühstück!

Gutes, sauberes Hotel in ruhiger Gegend, Top Frühstücksbüfett! Wir hatten Glück einen der Hotelparkplätze (5,-pro Nacht) zu erwischen (Parken in der Gegend sonst eher schwierig), einige Restaurants (z.B. Italienier und Grieche), U-Bahn-Station und ein LIDL-Supermarkt in 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Wir waren zufrieden und können das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

In die Jahre gekommenes Hotel, dies wäre nicht schlimm, allerdings war das Zimmer sehr schmutzig, Kühlschrank dreckig, Blut o.ä. an den Wänden, Urinflecken unter der Klobrille und auf dem Boden, schmutzige Laken, Dinge anderer Gäste hinter Möbeln, staubiges Schlafsofa, Balkon voller Unkraut und Zigarettenkippen… Beim Personal fällt auf, freundlich und zuvorkommend ist anders (Begrüßung fällt aus, man beschäftigt sich lieber mit dem Handy), beim Frühstück wird wenig aufgefüllt… wir werden das Hotel nicht wieder besuchen und können einen Aufenthalt dort leider auch nicht empfehlen.

Pro: Das Bad war extrem sauber und auch ziemlich neu. Es ist ein Lidl in der Nähe. Contra: Irgendeine Lüftung hat die ganze Zeit laute störende Geräusche gemacht. Gott sei Dank hat dies vor dem Schlafengehen aufgehört. Das Telefon stand auf dem Boden. Es gab zwar Gratis Wasser, aber keinen Flaschenöffner. Als ich morgens aufwachte, hatte ich an der Hand einen Ausschlag. Dieser verschwand im Laufe des Tages. Ich neige normalerweise nicht dazu.

Wir waren leider in einem Zimmer, wo der Boden Macken aufwies, der Kühlschrank entfernt wurde sodass nur ein Loch im Schrank hinterblieben ist und eine sehr schwach befestigte und wackelige Klobrille. Als Ausgleich dafür durften wir netterweise aber eine Stunde später auschecken. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und umfangreich. Sehr zu empfehlen. Lobbybereich ist auch sehr gemütlich und schön. Gutes Hotel, kann man durchaus weiterempfehlen (wenn man das richtige Zimmer erwischt).

Einchecken war unkompliziert, der Parkplatz mit 5 euro pro Tag erschwinglich. Leider war das Bad nach Bezug nicht sauber ,jemand hat ins Klo gespuckt und vergessen abzuziehen. Sehr penetranter Raumduft. Das Thema des Hotels sind die 60er Jahre, so kann man es nennen wenn man nicht renoviert. Defektes Bett und Brandflecken von Zigaretten auf der Anrichte. Bis auf den Mitarbeiter am Sonntag waren alle nicht sehr motiviert und sehr kurz angebunden. Leider konnten mir auch keine Infos zur Strassenbahn bzw deren Verbindung mitgeteilt werden. Straßenbahnstation direkt um die Ecke, somit anbindung super. Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Alles in allem war es für ein Messe Wochenende ok, werde das Hotel aber nicht noch einmal buchen.

Wer zur Messe möchte ist hier gut untergebracht. Die Zimmer sind allerdings sehr hellhörig. Frühstücksbüffet war sehr abwechslungsreich. An einem Tag gab es sogar frisch gepressten O-Saft. Auch Hafermilch war kein Problem.
