Zimmer top, Personal zuvorkommend, und das FrĂŒhstĂŒck mit mega leckeren Semmeln aus der eigenen BĂ€ckerei wirklich sĂŒĂŸ. Das einzige was mich gestört hat ist dass am Wochenende das Hotel etwas verlassen wirkt am Eingang (nicht mal die Lichter sind an bei der Anfahrt (und teilweise sind da Löcher in der Decke, das sieht echt unschön aus). Gerade das mit dem Haupteingang stört doch ziemlich, ich will nicht jedes Mal durch die Tiefgarage, gerade mit körperlichen EinschrĂ€nkungen (Schwerbehinderung). Irgendein Ansprechpartner sollte doch dann vor Ort sein, gerade als Messenahes Hotel (und wenn man vllt Fremdsprachler ist) wĂŒnscht man sich doch eine Ansprechperson vor Ort. Unter der Woche ist das bestimmt anders, meine Erfahrung ist aus Sicht eines Messebesuchers am Wochenende. Gebe Nichtsdestotrotz 5 Sterne, da die oben genannten Kriterien meiner Meinung nach keinen ganzen Stern Abzug rechtfertigen.

Tolle Lage

Das Hotel war sauber, ruhige Lage, das einziges schlechtes war keine Klima Anlage im Zimmer bei den Hohen Temperaturen, außerdem die zweite Nacht haben wir nicht gut gewaschene HandtĂŒcher. Sonst war ok.
