Lovely Stay

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay. The hotel is clearly quite new, however it is still very clean. I heard no noise from the street or hotel, as you can often here the next room in hotels like this. Breakfast was pleasant. All parts of the hotel were very clean and all staff very friendly. Great local position.

had to remind again the receptionist like 2 times, that I'd like to receive invoice, since I paid already. Like it would not be obvious. Unfortunately had a room next to fitness, which is equiped primarily with treadmills, noisy and makes vibrations. Asked them to lock it up between 22pm-6am, but still there were early a late runners. Shower was also with black stains. Felt less comfortable this week.

I have been to this hotel several times because it is the only one always available in Waiblingen. However, I would not recommend it. They are lying on their site about the parking and parking prices. The hotel does not have it’s own parking, there is a public parking nearby and the hotel offers tickets for getting out for a price of 12 euros each ticket, and not per day as is mentioned on their site. Besides that, their elevators are always out of service, so prepare to carry your luggage on stairs.

Frhstück war gut. Einchecken problemlos. Einziges Manko, dass unter den Betten nicht gesaugt wurde (Teppich). Auch auf unsere Bitte hin nach der ersten Nacht wurde nicht gesaugt und die Socken von den vorherigen Gästen lagen auch noch unter dem Bett. Haben es dann nochmal beim Auschecken angemerkt.

Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, was einen entspannten Schlaf ermöglicht. Das Zimmer bietet alles, was man braucht. Der Personal ist jederzeit freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Schimmel an der Dusche hat den insgesamt guten Gesamteindruck allerdings etwas geschmälert.

Hotel Waiblingen mit Luft nach oben

Leider kann ich dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen. Die Zimmer sind sehr nett eingerichtet. Das Bad ist sehr klein und beim Duschen läuft das Wasser einfach ins Bad. Dichtung fehlte. Der Fernseher ging ständig aus. Frühstück ist alles andere als appetitlich. Sehr einfach und überhaupt nicht appetitlich angerichtet. Aber die Krönung war der Rezeptionist am nächsten Morgen. Als wir ihn erklären wollten, was nicht ok war, sagte er uns, ohne uns Ausreden zu lassen, dies hätten wir direkt am Abend ( 23.00 Uhr) mitteilen müssen.. hier fühlt man sich als Gast willkommen. Danke . Wir nicht mehr
