The hotel is right beside a tram stop so very convenient. Also only a maybe 10-15 minute walk to the train station. They served a nice buffet breakfast which was included. And the staff was very nice and helpful! Would definitely stay there again!

Staff were very helpful and friendly & accommodating. Breakfast was wonderful and filling. Location is convenient for shopping, restaurants & public transportation. About 800m or so from Stuttgart Hauptbahnhof. Our only gripe was the AC not working well & even in the fan mode there was barely any air coming out. The temperature outside was high during the length of our stay & our room would have been a good place to cool down. They did send someone to check the AC (who didn’t speak English at all) but didn’t resolve the issue. Overall, 4 out of 5.

The property is nice, very clean and everyone was very helpful and friendly. Its literally next door to a nice mall and there is a metro stop in front of the hotel. Rooms are nice and the free breakfast is good. Iverall, great hotel and great stay.

We had a medical emergency at the hotel and the ambulance had to be called, we spent the day at the hospital the day of our check out, and I was so concerned because we had to get our bags, but the staff was very supportive. They were nothing but espectacular, since day one. I am so grateful. Location is very close to HB, good breakfast and the area is next to Milaneo’s mall. I will definitely recommend this hotel.

Great location near a shopping center, just by a U station and in a walking distance from central railway station. Staff are friendly and helping with a smile. All basic amenities in place. Bed could have been a bit more comfort, but that is me.
