Everything was fantastic except as others have mentioned no ventilation or AC. Left windows open but traffic noise and sirens make for a difficult sleep. Otherwise it was absolutely a great stay and lovely hotel.

NO AC!

The lack of A/C and too hot a room, plus too soft beds, required opening the windows to all the sirens and noise and an uncomfortable lack of sleep. Plus, the Can-opener was broken and NO ONE to call to get a replacement. The "soft-bed" was very lumpy and quite uncomfortable.

I booked my stay weeks in advance, followed the online check instructions the day before check in as instructed. However when I arrived in Stuttgart, the check in office was closed and no one was answering the numbers listed on the office door or on Expedia. I walked around several streets trying to get info and eventually went to The jaz hotel. The reception tried contacting cloud 7 and indicated that poor communication was a common problem with that company. I then received an email from cloud 7 informed that they were overbooked and putting me in a room at Jaz. I checked in to jaz abc was given a standard room. However my original booking with cloud 7 was for a private apartment with balcony and kitchen. What I got at jaz was not the type of accommodation I wanted or paid for. Still no communication from cloud 7 regarding an apology or a refund. This is absolutely insane and ruined my European vacation

Studio agréable, correctement équipé, bien situé, au dessus de un centre commercial, proche de la gare, et le centre ville reste accessible, à pied comme en transport en commun. Seul bémol (même si à ces dates ce n’était pas un problème), l’absence de climatisation. La présence d’un ventilateur indique des difficultés possible dans cet appartement très vitré.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer auf der Südseite im Gebäude und als wir ankamen war es drinnen 35 grad, auch nachts, der Ventilator hat leider nur bedingt geholfen. Die Fenster ließen sich nicht öffnen. Erst nach mehrfacher Beschwerde wurde uns ein Zimmer auf der Nordseite + Fenster die man öffnen konnte angeboten, danach war der Aufenthalt super.
