Clean rooms, comfortable beds, and so much space! We stayed with our kids, and they had plenty of room to play. Having a couch in the room was a nice bonus, too. I especially loved the breakfast, there were so many options! We loved our stay and will definitely be back😍

The room and bathroom were clean and spacious, and the comfortable beds made for a restful stay. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and happy to help. The 24-hour pool and hot tub were a highlight, and breakfast offered plenty of choices. We appreciated the convenient parking and the care being put into the property under new management. Great amenities and value—we would happily stay again!

The first night, the pool and hot tub were cold, but did warm up the next day. They upgraded us to a suite as we were there for a full 4 nights during the off season, which was very nice. The staff were very helpful when we needed something.

Very good location, just next to the Sturgis sign and Common Cents is also next door open 24 hours. The room was very big and clean and bathroom also very spacious. Pool and hot tub was very nice and have many things to enjoy. The staff was very friendly and help us a lot. We needed a room in ground floor and they give us free upgrade. We really appreciate this and had very good stay.

Our stay was enjoyable. Staff was pleasant. Management and ownership has changed and they are trying to update and make this hotel new and improved and it shows. Definitely will be staying here when my family comes back to stergis or deadwood or spearfish . Pool hours was great and clean rooms they also have rooms and rooms right off the pool area tables/vendingmachine,clean towels nice parking, big rooms for my family and nice beds. Close to everything we had pizza delivered and we were right next to convenience/gas station for any needs.

Only 2 two bath towels in the room, had to ask for more. They need more towels at the pool area, was empty all the time. The outside pavers need to be replaced, it's a trip hazard for sure. The carpet all needs to be replaced as well. The staff was nice.

Room was clean. Staff and owner VERY accommodating. For a continental free breakfast, it was better than other hotels I have stayed. Sausages, eggs, coffee etc was cooked properly and not dried out. Quiet location. Only four minutes to the center of Sturgis activities. Will be back !

Breakfast first morning was very poor, no milk, cold eggs, juice machine wasn't working, no peanut butter or meat. Second morning was better, but still no protein choice. Went to the front desk 3x's for different things, but no one was ever there except for the check in, which went smooth. No pool towels, direct tv didn't work first day and no smart TV in our room. Good price, good location.

I honestly don’t understand some of the negative reviews because this property offers excellent value for the price. The pool and hot tub are open 24/7, and breakfast includes scrambled eggs, waffles, juices, delicious coffee, several cereals and breads, bagels, muffins, yogurt, cream cheese, butter, jelly, and more. That’s an impressive selection for an economy hotel! The front desk staff are friendly and accommodating, and the housekeeping team goes above and beyond whenever you need help. We could park right in front of our room, which made carrying luggage so convenient. The parking lot is spacious and well lit, making us feel safe, with plenty of room for RVs, trailers, and even semi trucks. For the hospitality, amenities, and overall value, I would give this property 100 stars if I could!

This motel is very nice. The staff is so friendly & accommodating! My door key needed a new battery which meant dismantling the entire lock. The manager took care of it immediately even though it was quite late. The hot tub is exceptional!! Some people may not appreciate the train going by but I loved it! It reminded me of home. When I checked out the young man at the desk suggested another route to Rapid City and it was fabulous!!! Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

The location is convenient. We found the toilet was partially attached, so it rocked. The swinging door latch was broken with stripped screws. The deadbolt on the door would not engage. Problems were reported, but maintenance never came to fix them.

Upon arrival the gentleman who checked us in was wonderful. He helped us get s lay of the surrounding area. He’s was great! The next day I went to front desk to get the second card reactivated. Don’t know why it didn’t work. Asked for towels for showers we stayed 2 days and they said to put our dirty outside and they would get us towels. They never did. Then in the morning there was no coffee. Very sad but we dealt with it.
