Very nice hotel. We stayed in a family room in the barn which was very comfortable for three adults. Breakfast was excellent with delicious homemade bread, jams, and pate. Also very good croissants. Highly recommend this hotel!

Hotel is fantastic and a historic part of Stryn. The food is excellent. They have so many homemade or locally sourced goods. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. You can tell the owners put a lot of thought into making your experience there be a lasting memory.

A wonderful place to stay! Our room was very comfortable and clean! Visnes is a quaint place with wonderful history dating back to 1850s! The buffet and dinners were excellent! The staff was very gracious!

Så koselig at det finnes sånne perler fremdeles. Reiser masse i jobb og blir så lei «vanlige» Hotel. Her fikk vi følelsen av å komme på besøk til noen i deres nydelige hus.

Opphold på Visnes Hotel

Hotellet har ikke heis og med rom i tredje etasje så kan det være litt strevsomt for eldre mennesker å få opp bagasjen. foreslo at de burde lage til heis på utsiden med rampe inn til hver etasje. Forøvrig, det er et gammelt hotell i god stand og med vennlig betjening og maten var utmerket. Fri parkering utenfor.

Vi hadde et fantastisk opphold på historisk hotell. Oppholdet var som å reise tilbake i tid. Mat servering, middag og frokost holder også veldig bra nivå, med mye lokal og hjemme laget mat. Anbefales på det sterkeste.

Väldigt romantiskt, mysigt och klassiskt hotell där man verkligen känner av historien. All personal var väldigt hjälpsamma och trevliga. Middagen höll hög klass och frukosten var bra. Väl högt pris och bullrigt utanför nattetid drar ner helhetsintrycket lite. På andra sidan vägen var en lastbilscentral och mycket trafik på vägen, vilket med värmen och därmed öppna fönster gjorde det bullrigt.

Nydelig sted for overnatting! Vi er en familie på 4 og fikk et stort rom på låven som var stort og nyoppusset. En del bråk fra veien utenfor, så vi kunne ikke ha vinduet åpent. Nydelig mat i restauranten, hadde tilpasning til minstemann på 12 år. God service fra alle involverte :)
