The staff were helpful & very pleasant. We also dined at the buffet , it was excellent. The complimentary breakfast was also very good. The pool & hot tub was well maintained. There was plenty of parking. We were there during the week, The room was clean, however my husband and I were put in between 2 families with kids. Other rooms were available, so why did they choose that one?? Rooms with balconies are hard to come by, so we didn't complain. We were told at check in that none of the amenities were available during our stay. We were disappointed as we were looking forward to using the pool and hot tub. No discount was given, as I asked. The property is very beautiful and well maintained. My husband enjoyed the complimentary breakfast very much. With all that being said, we would return to The Stroudsmoor.

Spent 3 nights at the stroudsmoor country inn. Wonderful hospitality, all the staff is very helpful, kind and engaging. Breakfast was included in my staying and absolutely delicious. I stayed at the Main inn. Rooms are clean, many amenities from warm rooms, swimming pool, jacuzzi, fitness room, apples, coffee, teas along the corridors, buffet brunch on Sunday’s and all the outdoor offers hikes and beautiful views on the poconos. Very happy with my staying at the Stroudsmoor Country Inn.
