Decent hotel, lovely location

Lovely location with a beautiful view (superior room). The bed was not very comfortable, and the staff didn’t offer any assistance when they saw I was using crutches. The bar was excellent, but the restaurant had food that looked nicer than it tasted. In short, a decent hotel with a lovely location, but it had the feel if trying to be a star better than it actually was.

Fikk først et rom som hadde flott utsikt,men mindre enn det jeg hadde bestilt. Det hadde heller ingen aircondition. Så fikk vi et rom i 1etg, som var en del større med aircondition. Dette rommet var skittent, det var hår i dusjen samt mye lyder fra toalettene og dusjen i etc over oss. Grei utsikt og god frokost.

En dag på västkusten.

Det bästa med hotelet var terassen med utsikt över hamnen. Helt okay standardrum där sängen och möjligheten att justera klimatet i rummet var det bästa. Frukosten var vad man kan förvänta sig av denna typ av hotel, det lilla extra som stack ut var amöjligheten till att få en omelett tillagad på plats. Trots fullbelagt hotel fanns bra med plats i matsalen.

Noe arrogant kundebehandling

Antakelig så bra belegg at de ikke tenker på gjenkjøp. Var ikke informert fra hotellet at parkering måtte forhåndsbestilles. Få parkeringsplasser så måtte ut og gå 10 minutter. Hadde booket rom for 3 personer, måtte selv finne ut av sovesofa og lete etter sengetøy. I tillegg funket ikke nettet. Det positive er hotellets flotte beliggenhet og renovering.

Fint hotell med en fantastisk beliggenhet. God service. Fint rom med balkong. God parkering men nettsiden for hotellet burde gjort en oppmerksom på et en burde bestille plass på forhånd. Var helt fullt når vi ankom men var heldig og fant en ledig plass i bakken nedenfor hotellet. Flott terrasse med levende musikk. Litt høy pris på drikkevarer.
