“The hotel facilities are good. Bed is comfy, breakfast is nice. However I was attending a conference and had a parcel delivered 3 days in advance which was received by a staff member. When asking for it, they never found it. I was chasing the staff as i had to basically tell her how to proceed (contact the employee who signed up for the package and track it down, simple!). Not even the reception manager showed up to do something about it nor apologise for the situation. At the end of the day, I...

“What a lovely surprise! This is a beautiful hotel in every way. The rooms are astonishing with so many little details. The renovations are incredibly impressive. The staff were fabulous. And the breakfast lovely. A truly relaxing stay and a great find.”

“Really needs a cleaning and update”

“This is a great place to stay. Everyone is really friendly and helpful. Can't recommend enough. Wonderful.”

“Really lovely building and grounds.”

The sausages (both veggie and meat) were not good and much of the food had been sitting out quite a bit of time before being replenished. All could have been improved with brighter, more upbeat atmosphere. And enough with the thimble cups for...
