“The tv Ariel didn’t work , tiny poorly maintained room”

“There was hair around/in the sink where someone had been shaving their beard. Someone else’s used dental floss in the bathroom and bin. Bedding smelt like it had already been used. Pub was good, nice staff and pleasant food.”

“Staff were great! Room was a terrific size and the bathroom was stellar. Parking was free. There was no breakfast, but the pub downstairs had games and entertainment. It was summer and quite hot so the windows had to be open resulting in a few spiders making their way in, but that would be expected honestly. I would absolutely stay here again!”

“We stayed to go to a wedding at the Manor over the road. (Really handy to be able to walk to that). Unfortunately we didn't get to use the pub except for breakfast in the morning which was really good, but the pub looked good. Rooms were clean and cosy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice sandwich shop/deli 2 doors down. Some early morning plane noise (under the flight path to Birmingham airport?), so if you are a light sleeper it might be worth bringing earplugs. Nice place...
