The place is very nice and cleaned. The spa should be a little refreshed. The pool beds were broken and steam room very outdated. Aside to this, breakfast was fantastic with good quality food and wide variety from sweet to savory. Also dinner at the Shakespeare restaurant was good.

The room was nice and clean, beds were very comfy and I asked for a fridge,which was in our room when we got there (albeit very small…but it did the job) Parking was fab,loads of spaces. Breakfast was amazing,all the restaurant staff were extremely helpful and happy smiling faces. Reception staff were great along with the bar staff.

Stafford manor hotel is a lovely location not too far away from Stratford upon Avon. The rooms are clean , it would have been better if we had aircon in the bedrooms . Aircon seems to be in the main areas of the hotel. Staff very helpful and friendly especially in the restaurant for breakfast. We watch football in the bar because England was playing, it would have been better if the sound on the tv was louder, the atmosphere would have been electric and that would have made more people drink.

Really lovely stay. The staff were very helpful and friendly and nothing was too much. They made sure that my allergy was considered at every meal. The room itself was nice, could've done with a dust around the lights and windowsill but other than that it was well maintained. The amenities were really good, the cinema room, games room and outside area helped to make our stay extra special

The hotel is a great hotel situated well for all the sites in Stratford. My concern and found it unbelievable that they ask you to help out with the planet and participate in using towels sensibly and I think that is great, but the bathroom towel rail is on 24/7 and in a heat wave as it was when we stayed it is very very uncomfortable, I asked at reception but unfortunately can’t be turned off in any of the rooms. CRAZY

We only stayed two nights and did not use the restaurant or any other facilities, so I can only review things to a limited extent. The venue looks impressive from the outside but is obviously a conference venue so is lacking character inside - not a criticism but an observation. The king-bed room was clean and spacious but the shower was hit-and-miss regarding temperature (my partner ended up having a cold shower and yet my shower was fine). My only observational feedback is that when the bathroom door is closed, the door frame and door-back could do with decorating. This is a common fault with hotels, caused, I think, by managers failing to walk right into a bathroom and close the door when checking that all is well. All-in-all we had no major issues and would stay again.

A nice hotel with friendly staff. The spa facilities were good but it is a shame that they do noy have a jacuzzi. Breakfast was good but fruit lacked choice and the fried stuff was far too greasy!

We were quite surprised that when we asked for an allergen menu the staff didn't appear to have one. A member of staff then proceeded to 'help' us but didn't seem to grasp the seriousness of a life threatening allergy versus an intolerance. The very least we would have expected her to check with the chef or to go an check list of ingredients but none of this was her approach and instead kept asking us if she eats the particular foods we were asking about at home. On our departure, the receptionist didn't ask us about how our stay was, she did however ask the couple behind us. Service provided lacked consistency. The amenities however were great. It was lovely making use of the pool and games room.

The room was large and very clean, the swimming pool was lovely and very warm. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Beds were comfy but Quilt too warm for us but ok for most people. We will return later in the year.
