Property was convenient for Stratford. Bed very comfortable. A great selection of quality toiletries. Owners were welcoming and advised us of recommended places to eat prior to our visit. As we were staying on a Saturday evening we were able to book a table in advance at what was a very popular venue. Would definitely stay when in the area in the future.

Charming home, gracious hosts, thoughtful amenities, delicious breakfast. Though in a lovely rural setting, it was quick and easy to get into the town itself. I would highly recommend this B&B!

Best B&B and stay of our entire vacation!

On our 10 day UK vacation, this was by far our favorite place to stay. Quaint and quiet, our room was cozy and the owners were so accommodating, friendly and helpful. Only 5 minutes from the center of town, the location was secluded, yet close to everything. Had we known, we would've extended our stay at this place.

Unbeatable B&B

Lark Rise cottage was a wonderful B& B. It was extremely clean and very comfortable. Our hostess was friendly and very helpful and the breakfast was amazing. It is the best B & B that we have ever stayed in! We would have stayed longer if possible. Thank you, Jenny from the visiting Aussies.

We stayed here for 2 nights at the end of August. Easy parking & very well signposted. We were shown to our spacious room by Alan. Lovely room, lovely view, lovely bathroom. Electric shower over the bath, which was plenty powerful & a choice of toiletries. We could choose what breakfast we wanted & there was also fruit, yoghurt & cereal which is eaten in a nice breakfast room. The hosts were very friendly & attentive. I would definitely recommend & return.
