The hotel was excellent, with a fantastic location ideal for exploring Stratford. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We got to the hotel at midday. The staff at the reception was super helpful. I was only wondering if we can use the pool before check-in - travelling with two young kids. The staff (sorry I didn't ask her name) kindly let us check-in to our room early. The outdoor area is super chill. The pool was enough for kids to play. I did feel like we were too noisy for the guests there though. The room is specious. The location is brilliant as it's only few steps away from town centre. Would highly recommend!
