I stayed at Mercure Hotels before and I am sorry to say that but this one was the worst and because Christmas is coming, i payed the most... The staff was kind-helpful and room was clean but 1. pillows were so so uncomfortable, 2. AC was not running properly, 3. The water while you take shower sometimes boils, I am not exaggerating really it boils, I was about to have a burn and 4. there were no slippers in the room.

Hotel with Tesla super chargers

Comfortable hotel on the outskirts of Strasbourg. We chose it because it is easy to get into Strasbourg either by car or public transport, and because it has Tesla chargers in the car park. Also found out the hotel has its own slow car charger which is free for guests but didn’t find out about this before we used the super chargers! Only negative to the hotel is that the restaurant was closed for dinner on Saturday night due to lack of staff. Breakfast was very good though.

L’albergo non è comodissimo per visitare il centro cittadino, ma nel complesso è una buona struttura, con servizi eccellenti (giardino, piscina, ecc…). La manutenzione delle camere non è curatissima, ma le stanze sono pulite e molto spaziose. Davvero eccellente la colazione a buffet, con numerose varianti e anche tanta frutta fresca e di stagione. Davvero ottima per iniziare la giornata!

Horrible! A 6h30 du matin un chien courrait dans les couloirs et aboyer très fort alors qu'il devait être tenu en lesse. Au petit dej, un couple avec un chien et l'employée se dirrige vers le chien, le caresse avec les main et après il continu à ranger et toucher à la nouriture mains nues sans même pas mettre gantes.
