I loved this property. It was quirky, but so cute, and located in a really great spot in Strasbourg. It was walkable to Petite France, but also to the Cathedral area. I wish we had booked to stay longer!

Great location. We parked at Place Kleber just a few minutes away. The room was huge. Our family of four had 7 beds to choose from. It was a little dusty in the room, but not really bad. They had glutenfree toast at the breakfast buffet (not dedicated toaster). Complimentaly beverages at the lobby were nice at +32C outside. We will stay here again.

I don‘t know how this hotel got his 4 star rating! It’s more like a hostel. The rooms are very small and they are poorly decorated and renovated. In our bathroom was mold and everything seems like it could fall apart in a second. TV and AC works good. The cleaning staff didn’t do their job very good, there were no new towels. The hotel hands out free water but there is no minibar in the room. Our first room was even worse so we complained at the reception. The staff was friendly and gave us the opportunity to change rooms. The location is very good. It’s a short walk to all main attractions in Straßburg. That’s basically the only positive thing. Would not recommend!

Overall nice, renovated hotel. Renovation tho felt like it was just glued on, not done with much craftsmanship. Partly unfinished things, like doorframes. Hooks in toilets were on the other side of the bathroom, than where would one need them. Our toilet room had air quality issues. Air conditioning control was hidden behind an useless door. These are small things (apart from the moldy smell), but they do add up. On the second breakfast it was obvious that the staff was either too few or way over their head. It was messy everywhere, no free tables and many products were out. Not a nice experience. The staff was overall nice, special thanks to the night watch - very charming guy.

Très bel hôtel. Nous avons adoré la chambre familiale pour 5 personnes. Le petit déjeuner buffet était copieux et délicieux. L’hôtel est très bien situé pour visiter le centre historique et près des transports en commun. Seul bémol: il y avait de la construction dans le rue juste en bas de l’hôtel ce qui nous a dérangé mais ce n’est la faute de l’hôtel et ça ne durera pas longtemps. Juste un mauvais timing pour notre séjour.

Nous avons passé un séjour de 2 nuits en famille à l’hôtel Kaijoo. Nous y avons très bien dormi, les lits étaient très confortables et air climatisé efficace (chambre famille 5 personnes) Petits déjeuners délicieux et très variés (formule buffet). Chambre bien insonorisée sauf pour les travaux de construction dans la rue en face de l’hôtel (hors du contrôle de l’hôtel). Séjour très agréable. Merci
