Good non expensive hotel. Room is small but has everything you need, and daily cleaning. The location is absolutely perfect!! Just at the entrance of the old town and conveniently located at a shopping mall.

The staff is friendly and the location was superb for my vacationing needs. Being connected to a shopping plaza was a happy bonus as well. There was also a water machine which was AMAZING especially in the heat. I wish more hotels did this. No issues with the underground parking. However this location had Air Conditioning advertised and I am from Canada and as a Canadian when AC is advertised it is expected. Turning on the AC did not give AC like conditions which made it difficult to sleep. It did turn on but it felt like turning on a standard fan and that’s all the air I was going to get.

This Ibis hotel is just 10 mins walk from the station and overlooks the river, Cathedral and the Grande Ile. A 2 min walk takes you over the bridge on to the Grande Ile to explore the beautiful old town an UNESCO world heritage site. The Hotel is a typical Ibis hotel fairly basic but does what it says on the box. No kettle in the room but there s a cafe and bar on the ground floor as well as plenty of options locally.

The hotel was in a perfect location for us, close enough to the train station but also close enough to the historic centre. Having breakfast included was definitely nice to start our day and there was a good selection. My only concern was there was no hand sanitizer in the breakfast area and on multiple days I witnessed several people coughing, sneezing and blowing their noses and then going up to get food or use the coffee machine.

Great location. Walkable to station and all shops. Staff very helpful and forgiving of my terrible attempt at French! Super kind and friendly. Room was clean and light and airy.
