The Hotel does not have a Bar or Lounge as described on Hotels.com Website. This was one of the requirements we had when booking a Hotel in Strasbourg. There is only limited on site parking available at $30 per night, we parked in a public Parking GHouse close by. No complimentary water was supplied, no bathrobes, no washcloths, only one large and one small towel per person, the shower door was leaking at the bottom. The staff was very friendly, located in a quiet location but very close to the Christmas Market.

Hôtel bien situé, pratique car proche du centre-ville. Le petit-déjeuner est correct. En revanche, plusieurs points m'ont déçue : l'accueil a été froid, en particulier de la part d'une réceptionniste peu aimable. L’insonorisation est très mauvaise : les livraisons dans la cour dès 5h30 m’ont réveillée chaque matin. La lumière extérieure reste allumée la nuit et éclaire la chambre. Enfin, une seule serviette de bain un peu juste quand on veut se laver les cheveux. Globalement, l’établissement ne correspond pas au niveau attendu.

Super Hotel

Das Hotel ist genau wie auf den Fotos. Wir hatten ein schönes Dachzimmer. Ruhige Gegend und gut gelegen. Ca. 5-10 min zu Fuss zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut. Es hat einige Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus und wenn diese voll sind gibt es ein Patkhaus zum vergünstigten Preis.
