A clean and comfortable hotel

I had a good stay in this clean and comfortable hotel. The room and bathroom were spacious and comfy and the finishes were new. There were a few minor items that could be improved though. The balcony door didn’t lock which wasn’t an issue for me but might be for others. The drapes only had black outs and not a set of sheers. Again - no problem for me but could impact someone else. As with most hotels I found a lack of hooks for hanging things up annoying, particularly in the bathroom. For example there was no place to hang a hand towel next to the sink. Other than those small issues the room and my stay were great. The staff is very friendly and helpful and there are a lot of amenities at the hotel. The breakfast was ok - nothing special but worth getting because there are no real options nearby. The hotel is 12 or 15 miles outside of Strasbourg but you can take a local train that will get you there in 20 minutes for 10 euros round trip. The train station is a ten minute walk from the hotel. All in all this hotel is good option if you need to stay in the Strasbourg area.

Das erste Bild zeigt nur die „Aussicht“. Es handelt sich nicht um die Unterkunft selbst. Personal hervorragend. Die Anlage ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber gepflegt.

Établissement propre, calme et bien placé pour faire la route des vins. Espace spa (piscine, sauna…) à disposition et gratuit. Les peintures des chambres mériteraient un petit coup de rafraîchissement. Gros point négatif ! Le restaurant. Réservation obligatoire et serveur vite dépassé qui propose de manger dans les restaurants de la ville plutôt que de trouver une solution pour vous trouver une place. Cela est fort regrettable lorsque l’on est client et que l’on souhaite manger sur place.

J’ai demandé une annulation qui a été refusée le soir même. J’ai donc dû arriver à 1 h du matin. La chambre était propre mais nous étions déçue car sur les photos ça paraissait plus moderne. L’espace détente extérieur est calme. Et le personnel était sympathique. Par contre problème d’isolation dans cette chambre quand le voisin tirait la chasse d’eau un bruit étrange se faisait entendre dans notre chambre.

Très bon hôtel bien placé

Très bonne hôtel qui possède des chambres spacieuses et une literie de qualité. Le plus c’est le spa avec piscine intérieure hammam sauna et petite salle de sport. Peignoir et serviette disponible dans la chambre et pour ceux qui oublient leurs maillots de bains et leurs tongs, achat possible a petit prix.

Familienfreundlich, gut gelegen

Immer eine tolle Erfahrung ins Diana‘s Hotel. Das Check in verlief schnell und reibungslos die Erklärung über die Leistungen waren klar. Das Zimmer war geräumig und das Bett bequem. Das Zimmer verfügte über einen Balkon. Das Bad hat genug Platz, hervorheben ist die Trennung zwischen Bad und WC. Der Wellnessbereich ist bis 23:00 offen, was einen riesen Vorteil ist bei späte Ankunft. Die Rezeption war sehr freundlich und flexibel, hier ein klarer Lob. Frühstück ist gut und abwechslungsreich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

À nouveau un séjour parfait. Mon le Directeur et son équipe œuvrent toujours pour rendre notre séjour très agréable avec en plus de délicates attentions. L’espace spa avec une amplitude de 8h à 23h offre de chouettes moments de détente. Le restaurant sans failles avec des plats toujours aussi bons et un service impeccable. Déjà hâte de revenir.

Bien pour une étape

Personnel très agréable autant à la réception qu au service du petit déjeuner. Chambre très propre et bien renovee. Piscine bien chaude. Possibilité d eau plate ou pétillante avec bouteilles rechargeables. Petit déjeuner varié et de bonne qualité (seul bémol perso parce que j apprécie particulièrement le pain : plus de variété et du pain aux céréales par exemple car les propositions étaient toutes “peu cuites” et blanches) sinon très bien le reste. La terrasse doit être appréciable avec les beaux jours et le service parfait.

Belle expérience en famille

Cela fait des dizaines de fois que je séjourne dans cet hôtel pour des raisons professionnelles et maintenant en famille. Le personnel est souriant et serviable. La famille a pu profiter de la piscine, du restaurant. Simplement excellent et en bonus la ville de Molsheim qui vaut le détour.

Vores ophold var fint. Dog passer informationer som vi har kunne læse på hotels, ikke med virkligheden. Der var børn under 18 og folk røg på området. værelset var fin, men der trængte til en god omgang rengøring på fælles arialerne.
