We got to the hotel early and they had our room available. The young front desk team is professional and friendly. Room 109: comfortable bed and nice separate bathroom. However, the room had no heat so a space heater was provided. Also this room is over the parking garage entry door opening, it is noisy.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel D Strasbourg, clean, comfortable room, great aircon ( much appreciated this week!) and friendly helpful staff, especially at the front desk. The hotel is ideally placed for exploring the town, and there are lots of great bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. The area around the hotel is safe and quiet at night.

Main concern from my side is, that the majority of the staff isn’t able to articulate in english. German speaking staff isn’t available at all from my perspective . Rooms were very clean but also very small , majority of the staff nice .. but when it comes to parking along major events like Christmas market then they are not very helpful ..

My visit to this Hotel was extremely good. The staff were very friendly, courteous and informative to my needs, especially with regards to the on-site parking which saved me a fortune. The location for Strasbourg was good, as it was close to the centre which made my trip far easier. The rooms were clean, well serviced and comfortable. The breakfast was good, food selection catered for everyone, just what I needed.

Front desk not helpful at all , Parking availability is only for 5/6 cars , So u have to hurry about for check in , Very very small bfast area and you have to wait for que , Overall It doesn’t worth its value at all , Price - performance balance is very poor …
