The hotel is literally across the cathedral. Excellent property and extremely helpful staff. They also keep you bags on hold so that you can explore the area after checkout. There are restaurants around the area-better for breakfast but in the evenings they require reservations (nothing to do with hotel). I would stay here again because of the location and friendly staff.

The location outside of Notre Dame Cathedral was gorgeous. Hearing the bells and seeing the church from my window was breath taking!

Beautiful small hotel, commanding location

Hotel is beautiful and service is good, although small hotel means small services. A bit outdated. I enjoyed a amazing cathedral view from my room and breakfast. The flip side is, that the bells wake you up at seven and continue surprisingly late. Not too much time to sleep between.

It was as a perfect trip. The staff is so helpful and nice!! It is directly in the centre of Strassburg with an amazing view! The hotel and the rooms are very clean and beautiful. It was really unforgettable and I will come back for sure! Thank you so much! It’s worth booking wow!!

Attic room

Location of thr hotel was good. Right next to cathedral. Bells woke you at 7.00 each morning! Room (no 7) was an attic room but after climbing a spiral staircsse, going along an outside verandah and then up more stairs, you then unlock to find more stairs up to the room. Very dangerous for anyone with mobility or sight problems.Room extremely cramped, which we didnt mind, but access to the bathroom was limited by those stairs. One false move and you could fall down them! Breakfast was good.

Staff were pleasant and helpful to advise there were 2 public parking garages, closer but more expensive or farther but less expensive. We never found the less expensive garage but it was already a 10 minute process from the more expensive so we realized we wouldn’t have enjoyed a farther walk, with luggage. Once checked in we had to walk up a flight of stairs just to get to the elevator; that was not too convenient. The room was very small and the bed was against the wall so one person had no table access. Then the bathroom…I could lay my head on the sink while on the throne.

スタッフの感じがとても悪かったです。こちらが笑顔で話しかけても常に仏頂面の人たちで、笑顔で対応してくれたのは一人だけでした。チェックアウト後に荷物を置かせてもらいましたが、その後、追加でもう一つ荷物を預けようとしたら、入れるのは一度だけだと言われました。 3階の部屋でしたが、エレベーターは2階より上で、チェックインやチェックアウトの際はすべての荷物を持って、1階と2階を移動しなければなりません。 また、今後もストラスブールに用事があるのですが、このホテルにはもう泊まりません。
