Perfect location just across from the train station. There are two buildings- original hotel and the new annex just one door down that was just renovated. Nice clean room that was very quiet. Breakfast had a lot of options and there is a coffee machine that is accessible 24 hours. Staff were very friendly - could not fault this hotel at all.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt im Hotel...das Personal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit...das Zimmer war sehr sauber und das Bett einfach himmlisch 😁 Das Frühstücksbuffet lies nichts zu wünschen übrig. Das Einzige ist die Parkmöglichkeit, die etwas schwierig ist, wenn man mit den Auto anreisen möchte. Aber das schmälert den Gesamteindruck dieses tollen Hotels nicht. Einfach nur PERFEKT! Gerne kommen wir wieder 😁

A great location just across from the railway station and a short walk to the Petit France area. We had a small double room on the 5th floor. It was perfectly suitable for our 3 night stay. Das Zimmer war richtig schön und geräumig. Einziges Manko: Das Bad hatte keine Heizung (was man im Februar schon ein wenig merkt) und es gab keine Toilettenbürste. Das Personal war ausgesprochen nett (und ein Mitarbeiter tatsächlich auch überrascht, dass in der noch ganz neuen Hotelerweiterung beide o.g. Dinge fehlten und bot uns gar einen Zimmerwechsel an, erklärte aber nach Rücksprache mit dem Hotelmanagement, dass beide Mankos nicht zu ändern seien ...) Es ist beinahe zu hart, deshalb einen Stern abzuziehen, denn alles andere (Frühstück, Lage usw.) war wirklich hervorragend....

Nous avons été surclassés car membre sylver hôtel.com Mignardise, verre de vin offert( membre sylver) nous pouvions prendre des boissons chaude tout au long de la journée. Le personnel a été au petit soin, un grand merci. Petit plus; bagagerie psécurisé et en autonomie avec des très grands casier individuel à code dans un espace cosy.
