Chambre et petit-déjeuner très corrects pour le prix proposé pour un samedi pendant la période du Marche de Noël. Attention aux chambres au-dessus de la réception où on a le droit au brouhaha du restaurant ainsi que celui de la salle de jeux juste en bas de l'escalier.

Ok Hotel if you speak French

There was no one on reception when we arrived. The waiter showed us to our room. The room was clean and had everything you needed. There are no tea and coffee making facilities in the room, which would have been a nice touch. The staff spoke no English and when we went to dine the menu was all in French and we had difficulty ordering food. At one point the waitress was going to walk away because we did not speak French. We felt ignored all evening and service was poor. The food was ok. Breakfast was a little better but our experience of the dining experience spoiled our stay.

Hôtel fantôme...mais pratique.

Hôtel facile à trouver. Heureusement qu'un client avait laissé un commentaire précisant qu'il n'y avait personne à la réception. Nous avons téléphoné, pris les clés dans le panier, puis nous sommes installés. Quand nous sommes sortis, d'autres personnes attendaient, nous leur avons dit de téléphoner... personne ne leur a répondu. Elles ont attendu une heure dans le hall!!! Pour partir, il a fallu payer. Là encore, personne... J'ai dû m'adresser au restaurant. La maison devrait laisser un livret à disposition pour les gens qui arrivent! Timides, abstenez-vous! Le petit déjeuner n'est pas inclus, ce qui rend la prestation chère pour l'accueil et l'environnement proposés. Cela dit, pour une nuit, l'hôtel est très correct. "L'accueil" n'est conçu que pour les gens de passage. C'est tout à fait satisfaisant selon le séjour recherché.

Skøn kro - flotte nyrenoverede værelser, med super hyggelig restaurant i gården. Dejlig mad, super service og tæt på Strasbourg (15 km.). Fri parkering i gården og frit internet som dog er lidt langsomt. Kommer gerne igen!
