“El hotel está bien pero desde luego no es para nada un hotel boutique, puestos a decir mejor un albergue boutique. Es un hotel parecido a los de la cadena francesa Accor.Hemos estado bien y cómodos, y la atención ha sido correcta. Relacion calidad/precio buena.”

“I’m not deducting a star for the rather unpleasant member of staff in the bar last night (Sunday 10.45pm ) However, it’s worth mentioning as management need to stub it out before it affects ratings. Unhelpful, unpleasant and came across as quite rude. It’s a shame as one of the duty managers made our drinks the previous evening and he was friendly and helpful throughout our interaction with him. “It was a beautiful hotel and property. The room was fantastic! This was our only hotel in Ireland with refrigerator. The breakfast was phenomenal and the staff were terrific!”

“The lodge was very clean, parking was easy and the location was an easy walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The room was small and had no air circulation. The mattresses were low quality and the bed squeaked with every slight movement.”

“I paid almost 250 euros for a double room and still didn't include breakfast. Also, the Jakucci wasn't working, the water was cold, and there was nothing they could do. As if that was my problem. When you pay that amount of money, you expect everything to work. At least they could have offered something to compensate, but they didn't. Obviously they didn't care at all. ”

Staff couldn't have been nicer & more helpful. Lovely pre-breakfast walk along the trail to the old castle ruins. All round 5-star stay. We would definitely stay at Castle Dargan again.”
