Helpful reception with secure luggage store. Large, quiet room (courtyard). Comfortable bed. Good wifi. Good shower. Excellent location. Something to rest luggage on would be useful.

Tolle Lage. Die Einrichtung ist tatsächlich etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber das Zimmer war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Für einen Kurztrip ideal.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, auf Nachfrage von mir, ob ich meinen Hund mitbringen kann, wurde mir sehr freundlich mitgeteilt, dass ich ein paar Tage vorher anrufen müsse, damit sich das Hotel darauf einstellen kann. Klappte super und auch die Anfrage, ob ich vor 15 Uhr einchecken kann. Kostet zwar Gebühren, diese waren aber okay für mich.

Die Lage des Hotels ist für Erkundungen, Ausflüge ohne Auto optimal. Sehr gut fand ich auch, daß nicht automatisch täglich ein Zimmerservice stattfand, sondern auf Bestellung.

Sehr saubere Unterkunft mit großen Zimmern und gutem Frühstück. Sehr zentral gelegen, sodass man innerhalb von 2 km am Ozeaneum ist. Bahnhof ist nebenan, daher ist es nicht sehr leise. Das hat uns aber nicht gestört.

Wir wurden super freundlich empfangen und haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Das Frühstück war super lecker und wurde stets frisch aufgefüllt. Sogar meine mäkelige Tochter ist pappsatt geworden. Ich habe leider meine teure Thermo-Alu-Trinkflasche im Kühlschrank vergessen und war schon zu weit weg, um zurückzufahren. Ich habe aber dort abgerufen und darum gebeten, die Flasche sicherzustellen, damit ich sie abholen lassen kann. Sie wurde vom Zimmerservice nicht gefunden!!! Und ich Dep habe auch noch 5 Euro für den Zimmerservice hinterlassen. Wie schlecht muss das Personal in diesem Hotel bezahlt werden, wenn es vergessene Sachen nicht an der Rezeption abgibt? Oder wie schlecht geschult, wenn es vergessene Sachen nicht von Müll unterscheiden kann? Aber wer würde Müll im Kühlschrank ablegen? Am meisten ärgert mich aber, dass die Mitarbeiter am Empfang nicht gleich beim Servicepersonal nachgefragt haben. So viel Gleichgültigkeit ist schwer zu verstehen, sagt aber etwas über die Qualität des beschäftigten Personals und damit auch über die GL aus. Ich weiß, so viel Text für eine scheiß Trinkflasche.

Ideal für Bahnreisende, da das Hotel direkt neben dem Hbf liegt. Altstadt und Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Gute Auswahl beim Frühstück.
