Great location right on the harbour. Beautiful view from our room, so handy to join tour to Gordon River. Lovely cafe and restaurants to eat in. A short walk to IGA instead of driving.

A great location, and our room with a view over the bay, the room was clean and limited noise. Note what time of year you go, as the main restaurant directly on site is closed for the winter and early spring, and all other restaurants are down in the town, small walk or drive.

Luxurious and rustic hotel accommodation offering a modern and spacious harbour view room with a split-level lounge and bedroom areas and a full-size electric fireplace; uninterrupted water views from our room’s hillside location overlooking Macquarie Harbour and the fjord; our well-appointed room was near the exit and was equipped with a comfortable king-size bed and a pillow menu that caters to different levels of sleeping comfort; I am a return customer having stayed here before and NRMA member for over 23 years, and at long last, I felt pretty special for finally being rewarded with an upgrade to a premium harbour view room; the good customer service and the five-star quality of room amenities are well worth the money if $370-400 a night is within your budget; I would love to visit Strahan and stay here again if I am fortunate enough to live another 10-15 years!
