Positives: Has all the basics provided. Check in was easy. Close to IGA/chemist and 5 min drive to cruise terminal. TV is good size and there are 2 bathrooms and three bedrooms so is spacious. Feedback and consideration for other families: Property is in suburban area, not walking distance to esplanade really. No wifi which was ok but also no games or DVDs to entertain the kids and because we are from interstate we couldn’t bring these. Tv is basic and you can’t connect to streaming due to no wifi. Needs some work on the maintenance for eg one power point falling off wall.

basic property but good to use as a base if you have your own transport. Furniture in disrepair and some lights not working throughout the property and no bbq due to previous customers destroying it. However host was easy to contact regarding any issues and prepared to help as best they could.

Just a few things but otherwise comfortable

Reasonably clean but oven had a lot of crumbs in it and dogs bone found under couch (by my dog). Really need to do something about the leak in ensuite around shower and also a better system for handsoap dispenser and shower dispenser-both of which had fallen off wall. Front door had large gap so heat being lost. Could not find a recycling bin

The beds were extremely comfy and the lounge and kitchen were good. The front door was very hard to unlock and lock. Very annoying. On a windy night the wind blew into the bedroom via the window. Not alot but could feel it. No shampoo or conditioner coffee sachets were old no extra toilet paper had to take some from other bathroom. Heating was good
