“There was only one member of staff on reception at check in time which means multiple guests have to wait to check in. We went for lunch and had to ask firstly to order drinks and then again to order food. Unfortunately the burgers were way over cooked and the waiter had no incling that this might not be acceptable. It is unfathomable to me based on the price that a full breakfast wouldn’t be included in room rate.”

“Checked into my room, honestly could not believe the room I was given when I walked in. Very outdated and dusty, lots of webs and spiders in corners of ceiling with a damp musty smell every time you walk in. Peeled walls in corners from dampness. Bathroom was quite nice and clean but very low pressure water in the shower. Spa facilities were quite pleasant and enjoyable, although the changing rooms could be cleaned thoroughly.
