Nicest and most helpful staff I've ever met! Wonderfully heated pool (92 degrees!), chocolate c hip cookies and tea and coffee and hot chocolate was amazing - especially after skiing all day! We loved that the shuttle was accross the street and on the way back AT the hotel. The reading + fireplace room was gorgeous. The rooms were just beautiful - SUPER modern and updated. Very comfortable stay. We will 100% be back!

Overall a good experience. Room was clean, spacious, and beds were comfortable. The coffeemaker placed in the bathroom is all kinds of wrong but it didn’t really matter as it was broken. Shower had good water pressure but the water was not very warm. The hotel is small and the common area is tiny. Breakfast is all overly sweet pastries. The staff is friendly and the location of the hotel right by the ski area shuttle is perfect. Close to many good restaurants too. Price was more reasonable than other hotels in the area but matched the quality of the hotel. I don’t think we will stay there again.

Everything was clean and comfortable. The location can’t be beat. We were welcomed warmly by the friendly fellow manning the desk. I only gave it 4 stars because the property is still under renovation, so the pool and hot tub weren’t available, and we weren’t able to get the first floor room we had reserved. I have no doubt that a future stay would earn full marks.
