“Easy parking. Friendly helpful staff, good location for Silverstone”

“Air conditioning was not working. Staff said they were aware and would reset it. Turns out staff didn’t reset the a/c until asked again an hour and a half later. Said it would take a while to cool. That they have been having this problem for a few days and they weren’t confident that it would work. 2hours later no air no fan even operating. Hot and unbearable in room. Management would not admit to Expedia that this was a multi day problem that they were aware of. Said basically they...

“Very friendly staff, clean property, great location, property could do with some maintenance but still a pleasurable stay.”

“Had issues getting into our room as the card didn’t work. But the staff were apologetic and helped out. Bar staff were friendly and burger was good quality. Room was clean, quiet and had what we needed. Stayed while visiting Car Fest at Silverstone and would stay again.”
