“Friendly check in. Room was spotless as was en suite shower room and both spacious. Continental breakfast was basic but absolutely adequate. On the whole good value for money.”

“The staff are excellent and helpful. The rooms are somewhat small, even the deluxe. Despite it being recently refurbished there are stains on the carpets throughout. They may have been better served with easy clean flooring. Parking is an issue unless you are lucky. We had a good nights sleep but the rooms are very warm.”

“Had to pay for parking each night. Room was dated. No full English paid between £7-£9 pound for breakfast to find out that in the mornings it would be a toasties coffee and fruit to take away. The restaurant was only Indian food and empty and closed most of time. They did not say on website there is no bar. When we arrived they said it was a dry bar no alcohol! Would not book here again! Asked for wine glass got told we don’t usually hand out in case we steal it! Eventually they gave me a glass....

“Staff were friendly on arrival and checked in with no issues. The room was perfect for our needs and clean upon arrival. The mattress was a little hard for my liking. Didn’t have breakfast due to the limited options and timings. Plenty of nice places to eat in the high street.”
