“habitacion grande y comoda, buenas camas para dormir. Internet funciona bien”

“No checking in service at all. No prior instructions were given. We were helped into our apartment by the lady who owns the jewellers downstairs. “Expedia switched the date on my booking. Didn't reply to my email. Didn't help in any way. Expedia ripped me off. I will never use Expedia ever again.”

“A lovely place to stay , all the staff were fantastic from the moment we arrived . Location wise really good close to the local pubs and restaurants. Located not far from Leigh train station so handy if you want to go on the train , we had parking at the hotel . Would recommend staying”

The issue with the hotel is that attention to detail is not There, working in the travel industry it has huge potential but lacks basic stuff like...

The restaurant was only Indian food and empty and closed most of time. They did not say on website there is no bar. When we arrived they said it was a dry bar no alcohol! Would not book here again! Asked for wine glass got told we don’t usually hand out in case we steal it! Eventually they gave me a glass....
