Ideal

Clean, comfortable room with ample hanging and shelf space. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Ate in the restaurant where the food, service, and atmosphere were excellent. I'll definitely aim to stay here again.

Lovely property, conveniently located at the lovely harbour. Gorgeous views and wonderful staff. Many dining options around, but the restaurant in the hotel is fantastic! They even had vegan sticky toffee pudding for my travel partner!

An ideal hotel for a short break!

Everything I could have wanted from a stay in Stornoway was delivered by this hotel! Very comfortable room, a fantastic shower and a great breakfast- all topped off with excellent service from all of the staff.

Stornoway

The Royal is a very nice hotel. The only negative it is located on a busy highway. The road noise can be a problem to light sleepers. Great location for ferry users.
